By accessing devlartechnologies.com, using our Chromentum extension, or subscribing to our IT consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

3. IT Consulting Services
3.1 Service Plans
We offer three IT consulting subscription plans:
- Starter Plan (€299/month): Remote IT support, software updates, basic troubleshooting (up to 5 hours, €50/hour additional)
- Business Plan (€499/month): Remote/on-site support, enhanced cybersecurity, detailed troubleshooting (up to 10 hours, €75/hour additional)
- Growth Plan (€799/month): Managed IT consulting, monitoring, cloud services, disaster recovery (up to 15 hours, €100/hour additional)
3.2 Service Delivery
- Initial IT health check within 24 hours of subscription
- Comprehensive system audit and customized support plan
- Remote support as primary method, on-site when necessary
- Business hours: Available for inquiries during standard business hours
3.3 Payment Terms
- Monthly subscriptions billed in advance via Stripe
- Additional hours billed at plan-specific rates
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- Price changes require 30 days' written notice
4. Chromentum Extension
4.1 License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Chromentum for your personal productivity needs.
4.2 Premium Features
- 58+ premium themes with custom image search
- Unlimited world clocks and advanced customization
- Flow Mode for distraction-free focus
- 7-day free trial, then subscription-based
4.3 Data Storage
Chromentum stores your preferences locally in your browser. We do not access or store your personal browsing data on our servers.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
- Cooperate with our support team during service delivery
- Not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our software
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Devlar Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform maintenance during scheduled windows
- Experience occasional technical difficulties
- Update or modify services to improve functionality
For IT consulting clients, we commit to responding to support requests within our defined service level agreements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months prior to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our consulting services
- Third-party integrations and services are provided "as-is"
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
9.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or if continuing service would be illegal or impractical.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. As an Irish company, we comply with EU data protection standards.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Irish courts if other methods are unsuccessful
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will provide 30 days' notice for material changes via email or website notification. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
